什么是

Site Walk Audio Memory is an Openclaw Skills integration for general contractors, construction managers, and field supervisors who need a permanent record of what was said during site walks. It sends dictated summaries or hosted walk audio to BlueColumn, where the information becomes searchable site memory covering punch items, safety hazards, commitments, locations, and dates.
Instead of allowing voice memos and verbal promises to disappear, the skill supports fast field capture, project-history recall, coordination follow-up, and closeout documentation. Teams can query the record before pre-pour meetings, daily coordination, subcontractor disputes, or final punch completion.

应用场景

Capture punch-list items while walking a project, including the responsible subcontractor, location, and due date.
Record safety observations such as missing guardrails, hazards, and related photo references.
Preserve verbal commitments made by subcontractors during field coordination.
Recall open items by subcontractor, building area, tower, or date before meetings.
Investigate disputed commitments by retrieving when and where an item was originally recorded.
Store completion notes so punch history remains available for project closeout books.
Give an AI agent reliable site-history context when handling field reports, daily walk notes, or subcontractor follow-ups.

工作原理

Walk the site: The superintendent or field supervisor dictates observations, punch items, hazards, and commitments naturally from a phone.
Ingest the record: Send either a text summary or an audio URL to the BlueColumn /remember endpoint with a descriptive title.
Transcribe and index: BlueColumn turns the submitted walk information into searchable site memory that can be queried later.
Recall project history: Use /recall to ask targeted questions about open items, responsible parties, locations, and the dates commitments were made.
Add focused metadata: Use /note to save a concise follow-up or apply tags such as punch-item, safety, and tower-b.
Dispatch and coordinate: Surface relevant records before daily coordination, pre-pour meetings, or subcontractor follow-ups.
Close out: Add completion notes so the original punch and commitment history remains intact for dispute resolution and final documentation.

配置指南

Obtain a BlueColumn API key from bluecolumn.ai/login. Keys use the bc_live_* format.
Export the key in the environment where the Openclaw Skills integration will run:
export BLUECOLUMN_API_KEY="bc_live_..."
Use the canonical API base https://api.bluecolumn.ai and authenticate every request with a Bearer token.
Submit a dictated summary or hosted audio file to /remember:
curl -X POST https://api.bluecolumn.ai/remember \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $BLUECOLUMN_API_KEY" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"text": "SITE WALK Oct 11, Tower B level 3: Rojas drywall — SW corner head detail wrong (punch item, due 10/14). Safety: missing guardrail at stair opening (photo taken). Verbal commitment: Rojas will reroute the duct chase before drywall close-in. Elevator core pour not started.", "title": "walk - Tower B L3 Oct 11"}' For audio ingestion, provide an accessible audio URL in the request:
curl -X POST https://api.bluecolumn.ai/remember \ -H "Authorization: Bearer $BLUECOLUMN_API_KEY" \ -H "Content-Type: application/json" \ -d '{"audio_url": "https://your-bucket/walk-towerb-l3-1011.m4a", "title": "walk - Tower B L3 Oct 11 (audio)"}' For quota or billing failures, inspect the error body for topup_url or upgrade_url and show that link to the user. Do not retry HTTP 402 or 429 responses because they indicate exhausted quota rather than a transient failure.

数据架构

The skill uses BlueColumn's API resources to organize site-walk memory:
Resource Purpose Key fields shown in the workflow
/remember Ingest a walk summary or audio recording text or audio_url, plus title
/recall Search and retrieve historical site memory q, containing a natural-language question
/note Store a focused follow-up or tagged observation content, plus a tags array
Recommended metadata taxonomy includes:
Record type: punch item, safety observation, verbal commitment, completion note, or general progress note.
Project context: project name, tower, level, area, room, or building zone.
Responsibility: subcontractor or other party expected to perform the fix.
Timing: walk date, commitment date, due date, and completion date when known.
Status: open, completed, or pending follow-up; status can be expressed in the note content and recall queries.
Tags: concise filters such as punch-item, safety, and tower-b.
The skill does not define a separate local database or generated file format; records are submitted to and recalled from BlueColumn through the authenticated API.

高级特性

Supports both direct dictated text and remote audio URLs for flexible field capture.
Enables natural-language recall of open items, commitments, responsible subcontractors, locations, and dates.
Preserves an auditable verbal history for dispute resolution, coordination, and closeout documentation.
Uses lightweight tags to improve filtering across punch, safety, and project-area records.
Fits AI-agent workflows that automatically ingest field reports and retrieve relevant site context on demand.
Provides billing-aware error handling by surfacing
topup_url
or
upgrade_url
instead of retrying exhausted requests.
Supports a same-day walk-to-dispatch workflow: capture in the field, index immediately, recall before coordination, and append closeout notes.

name: site-walk-audio-memory description: Construction site-walk audio memory — a superintendent dictates punch-list items, safety observations, and subcontractor commitments on a walk; BlueColumn transcribes and indexes them so every item becomes a searchable, assignable record. WHAT it does: converts walk-by-walk voice notes into a permanent, queryable site memory (who said what, on which walk, and who owes the fix). WHO pays and WHY: general contractors and construction managers pay because missed punch items and forgotten verbal commitments mean rework, disputes, and schedule slip — one avoided rework covers months of service. Pilot price: $99/month for one project (or $499 per-project annual pilot). Use when an agent handles field reports, punch lists, daily walk notes, or subcontractor follow-ups and needs the site's verbal history on demand. Requires a BlueColumn API key (bc_live_*).

Site Walk Audio Memory — BlueColumn Skill

Site walks generate the most valuable project data — dictated directly into the field supervisor's phone — and then it evaporates into voice memos nobody replays. This skill turns every walk into structured, searchable site memory: punch items, safety hazards, verbal commitments from subs, and the date each was made.

Setup

Get a key from https://bluecolumn.ai/login (keys look like bc_live_*). Export it:

export BLUECOLUMN_API_KEY="bc_live_..."

All calls use the canonical API base https://api.bluecolumn.ai with endpoints /remember, /recall, /note.

Ingest a walk

Upload the walk audio, or store a quick dictated summary.

curl -X POST https://api.bluecolumn.ai/remember \

-H "Authorization: Bearer $BLUECOLUMN_API_KEY"
-H "Content-Type: application/json"
-d '{"text": "SITE WALK Oct 11, Tower B level 3: Rojas drywall — SW corner head detail wrong (punch item, due 10/14). Safety: missing guardrail at stair opening (photo taken). Verbal commitment: Rojas will reroute the duct chase before drywall close-in. Elevator core pour not started.", "title": "walk - Tower B L3 Oct 11"}'

With audio:

curl -X POST https://api.bluecolumn.ai/remember \

-H "Authorization: Bearer $BLUECOLUMN_API_KEY"
-H "Content-Type: application/json"
-d '{"audio_url": "https://your-bucket/walk-towerb-l3-1011.m4a", "title": "walk - Tower B L3 Oct 11 (audio)"}'

Recall the site's history

Before a pre-pour meeting or a subcontractor dispute, pull the verbal record.

curl -X POST https://api.bluecolumn.ai/recall \

-H "Authorization: Bearer $BLUECOLUMN_API_KEY"
-H "Content-Type: application/json"
-d '{"q": "What punch items and Rojas commitments are open on Tower B, and when were they made?"}'

Field workflow

Walk — dictate normally; items, hazards, and commitments as you go.
Ingest — upload the audio or a dictated summary the same day.
Dispatch — recall open items by subcontractor, area, or date before daily coordination.
Close out — store completion notes so the punch history stays intact for disputes and final closeout books.

Quick tag for later filtering:

curl -X POST https://api.bluecolumn.ai/note \

-H "Authorization: Bearer $BLUECOLUMN_API_KEY"
-H "Content-Type: application/json"
-d '{"content": "Punch item: stair guardrail missing, Tower B L3, flagged Oct 11 walk", "tags": ["punch-item", "safety", "tower-b"]}'

Billing

If a call returns 402 or 429, read topup_url / upgrade_url from the error body and surface that link to the user. Do not retry the call — the quota is exhausted, not transient.
