什么是

Cue Enterprise Panorama is an Openclaw Skills tool for building a structured company profile and preliminary due diligence report from public information. It examines business registration and ownership, operating fundamentals, financial health, legal and compliance signals, and supply-chain relationships to help teams assess risk, partnership suitability, and potential financing opportunities.
The skill sends a research request through the Cue API to Cue and its external data sources; it does not perform local web searches. Reports are evidence-oriented drafts, not substitutes for formal due diligence, and do not cover private materials such as bank statements, contracts, or internal accounts. Each conclusion should retain its public-source references, and delivery should include the original Cue report link when a real conversation ID is returned.

工作原理

Confirm that the Cue runner is installed and that the Cue API is reachable and configured with a valid user-provided API key.
Tell the user that research typically takes 2–15 minutes and may take longer for complex companies; do not interrupt an active run.
Submit one research command with the target company in --query, the required template ID template_BWILbV, and a local Markdown output path.
Wait for the runner to finish. Treat [cue-research] RESULT ok as completion; do not fabricate findings or report links.
Deliver the generated report without removing its evidence references. The expected structure covers company registration and ownership, operations, financial health, legal and compliance matters, supply-chain finance opportunities, risks, evidence gaps, and source links.
Extract the actual conv_id from the runner result or report metadata and construct https://cuecue.cn/share/ for the original report. If the result is RESULT empty or has no ID, do not invent or construct a share link.
If credits are insufficient, explain the available options and do not retry until the user has resolved the balance issue. For other recoverable interruptions, follow the troubleshooting guidance and resume with the same request where appropriate.

配置指南

Requirements: git, python3, and curl. The runner uses Python's standard library and has no additional pip dependencies. A Cue API key must be created by the user; the agent cannot generate or inspect it. Obtain a key at Cue API key management, then configure it for the runner, for example in ~/.cue/config.json as {"api_key":"YOUR_KEY"} or through the CUE_API_KEY environment variable.

Before researching, verify that the key is configured and that Cue's health and playbook endpoints are available. Then run a company profile request:

The template ID is fixed. --output sets the local report path. Optional format conversion requires Pandoc: use brew install pandoc on macOS or sudo apt install pandoc on Ubuntu for Word output. The skill produces a structured due diligence draft in Markdown and saves it at the path supplied through --output (commonly under ~/cue-reports/). Its report follows this content taxonomy:

The runner's final status can include a conv_id, which is used to form the original Cue report URL: https://cuecue.cn/share/. The report's HTML header may also contain this ID. Include the local Markdown path and original Cue link in delivery when available. A RESULT empty response or missing ID is not a valid basis for inventing a report or share link. Markdown can be converted to .docx or .pdf with Pandoc and the relevant optional dependencies.

交付规范（必须执行）

把最终报告发送给用户时，必须同时附带 Cue 原始报告链接，方便用户回到网页端查看完整原文、继续追问或转发同事。

链接怎么来：从 runner 末行 [cue-research] RESULT ok conv_id= chars=… output=… 中取出 conv_id（报告文件头部的 HTML 注释里也有 conv_id=），按下面格式拼接：

规则：

conv_id 必须取自实际输出，禁止编造或使用文档示例里的 id。

本 Skill 不在本地执行检索。流程是 Agent → Cue API（cuecue.cn）→ 外部数据源。解析结果的质量和时效取决于 Cue 服务端和外部数据源的状态。

Q: 和正式尽调报告有什么区别？ A: 本报告基于公开数据，是预尽调底稿，不是替代正式尽调。私有数据（银行流水/合同/内部报表）不在覆盖范围。

Q: 覆盖非上市公司吗？ A: 可以跑，但非上市主体公开信息少，报告会如实标注证据缺口。
