什么是

Live Events Ticketing Research is an Openclaw Skills capability for discovering public event calendars and comparing secondary-market ticket signals across StubHub and SeatGeek. It supports searches by performer, venue, city, category, location, and date window while preserving provider IDs, canonical URLs, source currency, and collection timestamps.
The skill is strictly read-only: it does not authenticate, place bids, hold inventory, complete checkout, or represent prices as guaranteed offers. Its reports distinguish aggregate or starting resale prices from primary-market face value and clearly identify unknown timing, incomplete inventory details, fees, and empty search results.

应用场景

Compare resale-market pricing for the same event across StubHub and SeatGeek.
Find upcoming events near a location using coordinates, city filters, categories, or date ranges.
Research performer or venue schedules before planning travel or entertainment activities.
Identify low, average, median, and high SeatGeek aggregate price signals.
Review StubHub starting-price and availability signals without treating them as complete inventory.
Produce timestamped event-market reports that preserve currency, source, local time, and provider identity.
Separate admission events from parking-only entries when StubHub parking passes are included.

工作原理

Resolve the requested performer, venue, category, city, or event through the appropriate SeatGeek or StubHub discovery feed.
Use provider-returned IDs, canonical URLs, slugs, taxonomy IDs, and geographic coordinates only with their matching endpoints.
Apply location, date, category, price, performer, or venue filters as appropriate; StubHub defaults to a window from now through 14 days later when no dates are supplied.
Verify event matches using name, venue address or city, local date, and start time, while retaining TBA, TBD, and date-only values as unknown when no timezone or offset is provided.
Collect the provider-specific market signal: SeatGeek aggregate listing and price statistics, or StubHub starting-price and schedule/discovery indicators.
Preserve source currency and explain whether each price is a starting price or an aggregate resale figure; do not label values as all-in totals when fees and taxes are unknown.
Return a dated comparison table with provider, event ID, canonical URL, venue, local time, price meaning, currency, availability signal, and timezone-aware observed_at metadata.
Report an empty feed as no results for the requested query or window, never as proof that an event is sold out or unavailable.

配置指南

No separate authentication, account, or checkout configuration is required. Enable the Live Events Ticketing Research skill in the Openclaw Skills environment and provide a research request containing one or more of the following: event or performer name, venue, city or coordinates, category, date range, price bounds, and comparison preferences.
The skill uses public, read-only StubHub and SeatGeek research endpoints. For geographic StubHub discovery, provide valid latitude and longitude values. SeatGeek city and category searches should use provider-supplied city and taxonomy identifiers. No purchase credentials, payment details, bid settings, inventory holds, or ticketing accounts should be configured.
Because this skill has no documented local package installation or CLI command, do not invent an installation command. Use it through the host Openclaw Skills runtime and keep every result scoped as a timestamped research snapshot.
Live Events Ticketing Research 数据架构与分类体系
The skill organizes each result around provider-native identifiers and source-faithful market metadata.
Field Description
provider StubHub or SeatGeek, identifying the source marketplace
event_id Provider-returned event identifier; never mix IDs between providers
performer_or_event Matched event or performer name
venue Normalized venue name and address or city when available
local_time Source-provided local date and time; TBA, TBD, and date-only values remain unknown when timezone data is absent
canonical_url Provider-returned canonical event, performer, or venue URL
market_type Secondary-market resale, distinct from primary-market face value
price_signal SeatGeek low, average, median, or high aggregate, or StubHub starting price
price_meaning Clarifies whether the value is aggregate or a starting signal and whether fees are excluded or unknown
currency Currency returned by the source; values are not silently converted
availability_signal Listing count, ticket count, feed result, or other source-provided signal
observed_at Collection timestamp including timezone
source_scope Query, location, category, date window, and filters used
admission_status Distinguishes admission listings from parking-only entries when applicable
Reports should retain the raw provider context alongside normalized-but-source-faithful fields. They must not infer section, row, exact seat, quantity, accessibility, transfer method, ticket guarantee, official inventory, or all-in checkout cost when the source does not provide that information.

高级特性

Multi-provider comparison across SeatGeek and StubHub while preserving each marketplace's identifiers and semantics.
Location-aware discovery using SeatGeek city coordinates and StubHub latitude/longitude searches.
Taxonomy-driven filtering through SeatGeek categories and StubHub category IDs.
Performer and venue schedule retrieval using canonical slugs and numeric IDs returned by StubHub.
Date-window, price-bound, category, and geographic filtering for focused research.
Support for SeatGeek listing counts and low, average, median, and high aggregate resale metrics.
Explicit handling of parking passes so parking-only results are not confused with admission tickets.
Timezone-aware observed_at timestamps and source-faithful local event times.
Responsible reporting that separates resale signals from primary-market availability and avoids unsupported inventory claims.
Read-only operation with no authentication, purchasing, bidding, reservation, account action, or checkout automation.

name: live-events-ticketing-research description: Research public StubHub and SeatGeek event calendars and resale-price snapshots. Use for location, category, performer, or venue ticket-market comparisons; not for purchases, bids, or primary-ticket checkout.

Live-event ticketing research

Research public, read-only secondary-market listings from StubHub and SeatGeek. Treat every price and availability result as a timestamped snapshot, not an offer, reservation, or guaranteed inventory.

Discover and resolve events

Start with SeatGeek /seatgeek/search?q=...&limit=1..50 for a named event, performer, or venue. Use returned provider IDs only with the matching SeatGeek endpoints: /seatgeek/event?id=..., /seatgeek/performer-events, or /seatgeek/venue-events. /seatgeek/categories supplies taxonomy IDs for /seatgeek/events-by-category; /seatgeek/cities supplies curated coordinates for /seatgeek/events-near. These page indexes are one-based and per_page is 1–50.
For StubHub geographic discovery, pass valid lat and lon to /stubhub/explore, optionally with from, to, price bounds, or category filters. Dates accept RFC3339 or a bare YYYY-MM-DD; the default window is now through 14 days later. /stubhub/categories requires the same location and is the discovery source for category_id in /stubhub/category-events.
Use /stubhub/trending and /stubhub/trending-events only as currently featured discovery feeds. For a performer or venue schedule, carry both the real slug and numeric ID from a returned canonical URL into /stubhub/performer-events or /stubhub/venue-events; do not construct or mix identifiers. StubHub feed pages are one-based. include_parking_passes can add parking-only entries, so label them separately from admission.

Compare responsibly

Verify matches using performer/event name, venue address or city, local date, and start time. Preserve each provider's event ID and canonical URL. Normalize a local date/time only when its timezone or offset is supplied; keep TBA/TBD or date-only timing unknown rather than assuming UTC.
SeatGeek /seatgeek/event provides a secondary-market aggregate snapshot (listing/ticket counts and low/average/median/high prices), not individual seat listings. StubHub discovery/schedule results provide starting-price signals, not a complete inventory view. Do not infer a section, row, exact seat, quantity, accessibility feature, transfer method, or ticket guarantee when it is absent.
These sources are resale marketplaces. Distinguish their listed or aggregate secondary prices from primary-market face value and official availability; neither establishes what an official seller has in stock. Use a separately scoped primary-ticket source when that comparison is needed, and keep source, market type, and collection time visible.
Retain the currency returned by the source. A starting/aggregate price may exclude fees, taxes, delivery, or other checkout charges; never call it an all-in total or combine it with a fee-inclusive price from another source.

Report

Return a dated snapshot table with provider, resale status, event/provider ID, canonical URL, normalized-but-source-faithful venue and local time, price field meaning, currency, availability/listing signal, and an observed_at timestamp with timezone. Report empty feeds as no results for that query/window, not proof that the event is sold out or unavailable. This skill performs no authentication, ticket purchase, bid, hold, checkout, account action, or availability guarantee.
